Transparente Blanche Apple

Transparent Blanche originally from Riga in Latvia. Is formed as a seedling in 1800. The variety is also known under the synonyms Vitt klaräpple, Klarapfel White Transparent.

Transparent Blanche has been known in Denmark since 1875. Variety has been widely grown as an early eating and cooking apple.

The fruit is quite large with generally elongated shape and more or less clearly distinguished edges. Highly variable in shape. The base color is green and keeps maturing between white gold and yellow.

The apple should preferably be used before it is mature and can from the end of July be used as a tart cooking apples.

The tree is fast growing with upward branches and broad crown. The variety starts early to bear fruit and are usually very fruitfull. Have a moderate, healthy growth
